During my 4th pregnancy my husband and I decided we wanted to have a natural water birth. We signed up for Lisa’s HypnoBirthing classes and I cannot say enough about how prepared and empowered we felt. Emma came into this world gently, bright eyed, and as healthy as can be. And having Lisa as our Doula was a Godsend. Without her abundant knowledge, gentle approach, and loving support throughout the pregnancy and during Emma’s birth I honestly do not think I would have had the confidence to be successful.

I am extremely proud of how I was able to do all I could to bring her into this world naturally and the Lord again showed us his power by allowing everything to work out perfectly. I did it thanks to Lisa’s support and expertise. We are extremely thankful for her love and support literally from the start of the pregnancy to the beautiful birth of our baby girl.

I recently had a massage at life Balance, it was superb, relaxing and very healing. Lisa is professional, personable and extremely intuitive when working with you. She is trained in so many of the healing arts, like Hypnosis, Birthing and Reiki, just to name a few, her knowledge of the essential oils and their uses, is extensive. Lisa provided us with all the tools and techniques we needed to navigate through the labor and delivery of our daughter. Though our experience wasn’t what we planned, the tools we learned in our hypnobirthing class allowed us to stay in control and make the decisions that were best for our family. Lisa’s knowledge helped us to feel equipped to safely bring our baby girl into this world. I cannot recommend Lisa and her hypnobirthing class enough!

Lisa and her team have changed my life. I used to suffer from daily migraines. After seeing Life Balance, my migraines have drastically reduced and I no longer rely on medications!

Justin and I had our baby boy on June 2 at 10:21 a.m. We had a wonderful Hypnobirth experience, with our son being brought into the world drug-free and alert. I am so proud, he barely even cried. The hospital staff was very impressed with the technique, including the doctor who ended up delivering our son. My doctor was on call, but he missed the delivery due to how speedy it was.

I labored at home as long as I could, and was dilated to a 10 when I arrived at the hospital. I went straight to delivery. Our son was born 42 minutes after arrival at the hospital. Our total experience lasted 6 hours and 21 minutes, from onset of labor until delivery. In your class, I jokingly told my Pumpkin I thought we could set a new record for a first time birth: 6 hours. We missed it by 21 minutes.

We are having our pictures made next week, so I will forward you one when I receive them from the photographer. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for teaching this wonderful class and helping us achieve the natural birth we envisioned. I am confident in knowing that my son has received the very best start in life.

After deciding we wanted to try for a natural child birth for our first pregnancy, we began researching classes to take in order to achieve that goal. We started with a two night, two hour class on breathing exercises from Wellstar but we felt the classes were too short and we felt unprepared. Then we heard about HypnoBirthing from Lisa. The sessions were much more in-depth and informative and, with the small class size, we received a lot of personal attention to help ensure we were doing everything properly. In the classes, we were impressed with Lisa’s in-depth knowledge and the ease of which she was able to get us in a relaxed state through the visualization techniques. And the relaxation CD and book helped us get in the much needed practice at home.

We also had Lisa provide us with her Doula services to help during the delivery. Her being there to assist Micheal was amazing! The delivery was lengthy and she provided Micheal with much needed breaks and reassurance throughout. She even assisted the medical staff with positioning Samantha at various stages in attempting to deliver the baby. And although we ultimately had to deliver via c-section in the end the assistance she provided during the delivery and the preparation we had with the classes, allowed Samantha to go through almost all of the delivery without an epidural or pain medication. We are thankful to Lisa for helping bring Emma into this world and we would definitely recommend her to anyone!
